X3-Hybrid-G4 Inverter: make EPS frequency configuration option 51,5 Hz

… to deactivate micro inverter in the EPS grid!

Currently one can only choose between 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Please add 51,5 Hz.

This option is crucial as the X3 Hybrid G4 offers no micro grid!
